Business Innovation Visa - Subclass 188 A

This visa will enable you to own and operate a new or existing business in Australia. A State or Territory agency must nominate you. It is a four-year temporary residence visa, and you may qualify to apply for a permanent residence visa (888) after two years.

Applicants must meet the points test pass mark of 65, but State and Territory agencies may require a higher point score to nominate you. Victoria currently seeks a minimum of 80 points. Points award for total personal and business assets, education level, English skills, years of business experience and business turnover.
